Being Mindful is a way of
looking deeply into oneself in the spirit of self-inquiry and self-understanding. For this reason it can be learned and practiced.
Mindfulness stands on its own as a powerful vehicle for
self-appreciation and healing. It is not dependent on any belief system or ideology. Integration is about making connections. It is a process by which different parts of ourselves are supported as a functional and structural whole.
Mindful Integration is an embodied and relational process that regulates the flow of energy and creates coherence with a sense of connection, openness, and harmony.
