Rehabilitation at The Center for Osteopathic Medicine and Mindful Integration. She is a
Certified Yoga Teacher, Structural Integration Practitioner and

facilitate the natural state of well-being in patients who are
suffering from acute or chronic pain syndromes.
Teena works both
individually and with groups offering a combination of treatment
modalities such as Structural Integration, Mindfulness practices,
Self-Regulation Therapy and Yoga. Her overall goal is to facilitate
the optimal balance between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. She
aims to educate and help people to live a healthy and meaningful life
from the inside out.
Teena's professional experience and
continued studies in the fields of neurobiology and psychophysiology
have allowed her to effectively treat people who suffer from symptoms
of trauma and other forms of dysregulation of the autonomic nervous
system. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialty
in Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology at Santa Barbara Graduate
Institute.
Teena learns
something new everyday during her patient interactions. However, it has
been her personal therapeutic work over the years that has provided her
with the means to fully experience balance and optimal health. It is
from this experience that she shares her knowledge to
help patients help themselves. She is dedicated to using her inner qualities, skills, and experience
to continually create new ways to motivate, inspire, and educate each
unique individual to aspire toward living life fully.
